Afterglow is the recovery stack we kept coming back to. We ran it across several weekends and paid attention to the two things that actually matter the day after: sleep, and the mid-week dip.

What it helped with

Falling asleep on the night itself was easier, and the flat, foggy Tuesday felt a notch less heavy. Nothing is a switch, but the difference was real enough that we noticed on the weekends we skipped it.

Why we chose it

The ingredient list is sensible and the dosing is transparent, with no wild claims about erasing a comedown. That restraint is rare, and it is the reason this is the first product we have been comfortable putting our name to.

What it will not do

It will not replace a real meal, water and an early night. Treat it as a top-up on the basics, not a substitute for them. Build a full plan with the recovery stack builder, and remember the lowest-risk choice is not to use at all.

Information, not medical advice. Threshold does not promote or encourage MDMA use. This exists so that people who make their own choices can make safer, better-informed ones. It is not a substitute for professional care.
